An on-going partnership for revenue sustainability, leadership and expansion. This partnership has benefited from trust, creativity, respect and action. While fund development was and still is an on-going focus it is more about revenue strategies and strategic community partnerships. Advising on board governance and recruitment has strengthened the 100+ year old organization to continue to attract strong leadership and community expertise. Helping to create a three year vision to steward systematic change in child learning development and senior care will impact their sustainability for the next 100 years. Creating a vision and charting a path forward has already created transformation.
